Carbon prepreg
Stiffness placed exactly where response is wanted: rails, tail block, track zones.
200 g/m² twill · aerospace grade
Custom board works · Lisboa, PT
Custom surfboards and foilboards, shaped one at a time in a Lisbon workshop. Your weight, your level, your home break: I build to those numbers, in materials most factories won't touch.
Sheet 02 / 09Materials: the layup
Everything else is paint. Each board is a schedule of materials vacuum-bagged around a shaped core, chosen for how you ride, not for how they photograph. If a fabric is on this list, it earns its grams.
Stiffness placed exactly where response is wanted: rails, tail block, track zones.
200 g/m² twill · aerospace grade
The ductile impact layer. Dings dent. They don't shatter.
160 g/m² · Innegra S
Volcanic cloth. Damping that kills chatter at speed.
220 g/m² plain weave
Natural flex tuning. The spring in the spring.
200 g/m² unidirectional
Portuguese cork. Grip and impact skin in one. No wax.
Amorim cork · 3 mm skins
The matrix holding all of it. Bio-carbon content in writing, not in marketing.
Sicomin GreenPoxy · 51% bio-carbon
Carbon's stiffness, Kevlar's refusal to snap. Runs under a resin tint that shields it from UV.
195 g/m² hybrid weave

Color lives in the matrix, not sprayed on top. It can't chip off because it isn't a coat, and it shields the fiber underneath from UV.

Sheet 03 / 09Custom surfboards
Tell me your weight, your level, and the break you surf most weeks. Then tell me the gap in your quiver, the wave you keep paddling past. I shape to close that gap: outline, foil, volume distribution, flex. One board with one job, done properly.

Sheet 04 / 09Custom foilboards
Prone, wing and downwind builds. Compact outlines, decks reinforced where track loads actually run, volume matched to your kilograms, not a catalogue's. A foilboard is a tolerance problem: liters against body weight, stiffness against swing weight. I build to the number, and I put it in writing.
Sheet 05 / 09Foil tails: off the shelf
Batch 01 · coming 2026The one thing I build off the shelf. Precision rear stabilizers: CNC-cut cores, carbon prepreg skins, profiles held to ±0.2 mm, weights matched to ±2 g within a batch. Swap the tail and the whole setup changes character: looser, calmer, faster off the turn. Batch 01 sizes below. Full QC data publishes with the batch.

Sheet 06 / 09The process
A call, or coffee at the workshop. Your riding, honestly: level, weight, the sessions you're chasing. 30 minutes.
I draft the build: outline, volume distribution, layup schedule. You sign off on a drawing, not a promise.
Your slot in the queue: 4–8 weeks. Photos as it happens: core, layup, tint, sand.
First sessions, then feedback. If a fin or tail change sharpens it, we tune it together.
Sheet 07 / 09Build log
Every build leaves the bench with a serial number, its volume as shaped and its weight as finished. The last six:

Sheet 08 / 09From the bench
I'm Pedro. Every board on this page gets built by me, start to finish, in a workshop in Cascais, west of Lisbon. No production line, no white-label blanks, my hands on every stage from CAD file to final sand. I started building because I couldn't buy the board I wanted to ride.
